It depends on traffic and call volume, but we’ll give you a clear ETA before dispatch. Many calls are typically handled within about 30–60 minutes depending on location and demand.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you handle EVs and hybrids?

Yes. We handle EV-safe jump starts, 12V battery work, and on-site EV charging using procedures designed to protect sensitive electronics.

Do you provide towing?

We focus on on-site roadside service (not towing). If a tow is required, we can help you decide the best next step and what to look for.

Are you available on Sundays?

We’re currently closed on Sundays. Hours are Monday–Friday 7 AM to 10 PM and Saturday 7 AM to 5 PM. Mobile EV charging may be available 24/7 depending on coverage.

What if I’m outside your service area?

In some cases we can travel outside our core service area for an adjusted rate. Any travel fees and availability are discussed up front.
